Bexley put £338,342 into its park courts with the LTA and the government and came out with twenty-four renovated courts across seven sites, from six each at Danson Park and Russell Park down to the single court at Belvedere Recreation Ground South. TwistFizz runs them now, and the borough kept one door genuinely open on the way through: every court at every site is free between 9am and noon, Monday to Friday.

A free court before noon is only worth something if there is somebody to play, and that is the half no booking system solves. Courting does that half.
