Harrow's tennis page tells you the price before it tells you the place: £5 an hour, £4 with a concession, booked through ClubSpark, with an entry code for the court gate sent when the booking is confirmed. Every court carries a notice with a QR code that takes you to its own booking page. The LTA put £587,425 into refurbishing the borough's courts, and Emma Wells Tennis runs them now.
A QR code on a gate gets you a court. It does not get you a game, and that is the part that actually decides whether the hour was worth booking. Courting is where Harrow clubs run the other half: it holds the booking, composes doubles that stay even for a whole set, and puts games in front of members on the evenings they have said they are free.
